Undoubtedly a stunning piece of play equipment with a real quality finish to it – the solid wood roof and the extra wide solid wood rockwall – any parent would be proud to watch their kids play on this in their back garden.
The Atlantis has a lot to offer children of all ages: a Super Speedy Wave slide (2.4 m in length), 2 belt swings (the supple plastic seat curves to fit your child), 2-child captain’s glider, a solid rock wall (includes artificial climbing rocks), flat wood entrance steps, a fun serving hatch on the lower level and a wonderful wooden cabin area with 3 bay windows on the upper level. Underneath the main tower structure you will notice that there is a serving window as well as a built in sand play area: all you have to do is line the ground with some membrane and fill with sand.
Limited space in the garden? Simply swap the position of the slide and step ladder/rock wall at the back of the tower to create an L-shaped layout. Putting the slide at in the alternate position reduces the overall width by approximately 1.8 m (6ft).

As with all of our climbing frames, the Atlantis is made of cedar wood - incredibly soft to the touch and does not easily splinter, perfect for children's delicate hands. Cedar is also naturally rot resistant and very suitable for outdoor structures.
No cement! You won't need to use any cement to assemble the Atlantis, it goes directly onto a level ground and is secured into place with ground anchors. Construction is made straight-forward with the fully illustrated instruction manual which you will find in the boxes.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a five (5) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule below for charges associated with replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.
