Quality Cedar Wood
The Aero Climbing Frame is a solid, impressive, large playset that is manufactured from a specialist cedar wood, which is ideally suited for use in gardens. The technical name for the cedar wood is cunninghamia lanceolata, which is a strong and very durable wood, which is naturally resistant to rot and insect infestation. For added peace of mind the Aero climbing frame comes with a ten year wood warranty as standard.
Carefully prepared and manufactured, the wood has been pre-cut, pre-drilled and pre-stained in a beautiful redwood colour. To keep the set looking like brand new an occasional re-stain with Selwood Wood Stain and Protector can be applied, but this is not required for your warranty. The wood is soft to touch (ideal for children's hands) and is very resistant to splinters, flaking, cracks or checking.

Easier Home-Build
The Next Generation Series of Climbing Frames have been designed to reduce the amount of time needed for construction thanks to its unique panelised build system. It is also designed specifically for easy DIY home build, with only a few screws needed to affix each pre-assembled wall or panel.
All component parts have been carefully prepared, cut to length, pre-stained and pre-drilled to make the build process as hassle free as possible. The set comes with a detailed instruction manual that will take you through the entire build process. We also have a number of detailed video tutorials on our website showing how to complete the construction.
To ensure everything is protected and stays together during delivery our wooden climbing frames come flat packed and sealed in double or triple layered cardboard boxes.

Two Swings & Trapeze Bar
The Aero has a strong and durable swing beam which is attached to the main fort structure. On the swing beam are three accessories in the form of two belt swings and a trapeze bar. Thanks to the innovative way that the swings attach to the climbing frame via metal clamps, changing out the accessories is a piece of cake.
The belt swings are made from a high quality injection moulded EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) plastic, that moulds tightly, but comfortably around your child’s seating position. Our belt swings have a grippy surface and are flexible so they wrap around to 'hold' your children's hips as they sit.
The swings and trapeze bar all fix to our strong swing beam (13cm x 7.5cm) utilising heavy duty swing hangers. Thanks to the easy to use metal clamps at the top of the swing beam.

Straight Wave Slide
Located out of the front of the Aero Climbing Frame is a long straight wavy slide. The slide measures 172.5cm out from the front of the fort and features a fun, fast journey back down to ground level.
Our slides are manufactured exclusive to us from our Canadian factory from a UV protected HPDE plastic, that provides great strength and stability.
High rails mean children have secure hand grips to help them sit down onto (or climb up) to slide, and ensure they are retained all the way down. Beautifully smooth from the front, we use dual reinforcement for the sides and rear of the slide. This ensures it's solid and durable for children of all ages (3-14 years).

Climbing Rockwall & Ladder
Our rockwall is combined with a slatted ladder to make it suitable for all ages. Our rockwall ladder is mounted at a 70° angle, making it fun and safe to climb.
Including 5 dual colour rocks in various shapes. These fun climbing rocks are mounted with two recessed screws to prevent spinning.
Our rocks are manufactured from extrusion blow moulded HDPE, guaranteeing a safe and durable climbing rock which will not chip or scratch like ceramic rocks.
The Aero Climbing Frame also features a monkey ladder swing that your children can use to enter the upper level of the fort around the back. The monkey ladder swing is a very popular accessory and help to promote good upper body strength and also good co-ordination skills.Benefits

Lower Playhouse
Children love role play, so why not let their imagination run wild in their very own playhouse. The Aero features a spacious lower playhouse, which benefits from a layout measuring approximately 165.7cm by 109cm.
Inside the playhouse there is a fantastic little kitchenette set, including its own mounted hob, sink, taps and accessories, so you children can make pretend in their own little kitchen.
On the other side of the lower playhouse is a chalkboard and café counter with its own standalone bench and sun shade. The lower playhouse can either be entered via the wooden door at the front of the set or via the walk way space left at the rear of the set.

Cabin
The upper level of the Aero climbing frame features a large play area measuring approximately 165.7cm by 109cm. The wall areas are filled in to provide a safe play area, whilst spacious window areas have been strategically placed to provide stunning views out from the 1.2 metre high deck. The maximum head height on the upper deck is 165cm.
The window gaps on the upper fort area are filled via green plastic window panels and protective mesh sheets. Three openings feature on the upper deck, one for the slide, one for the rockwall ladder and one for the monkey bar swing.

Monkey Bars
Monkey bars are the challenge that kids love, these have four swings to complete as an exciting way into the play fort. You have a step up so they can reach up for the first rung of the ladder. Once up they have a challenging gap that the youngest children may need a little help. However, watch their confidence and strength grow as you are no longer needed
Made from the same quality cedar wood the rungs are strong, but gentle on young hands having been sanded to create an smooth easily grip-able surface for kids to hang and swing from one to the next landing up on the play deck.
Creating an additional challenge for kids is great way of extending the life span of climbing frames so older children keep playing outside in your garden.
