We offer a delivery service to suit you. Free one-man kerbside option for those who expect an all inclusive service and price. Premium two-man delivery for those who want more flexibility. Or Click&Collect services are for those in a rush. We have outlined the key details below. The features highlighted below with * are only available with our 2-man service (selected areas only)
Fast Delivery
Our average delivery is currently 10 working days. We always aim to deliver within 15 working days. Delivery speed can vary by location.
Pre-Arranged Delivery Day
You'll know when we'll arrive. Our team will contact you by text, telephone or email within 48hrs of ordering to book a specific delivery day.
Delivered Boxed
We dispatch all our climbing frames fully boxed, sealed and wrapped. This ensures nothing gets lost in transit and minimises chances of installation day disappointment.
AM/PM Advised Time*
With our 2-man service our drivers will give you a call in the morning to let you know whether you'll be getting an am or pm delivery time to help you plan your day.
Location of Your Choice*
With our 2-man service our drivers will carry the boxes and leave them in a location of your choice. The garage, shed or back garden. Just let us know if you have any access restrictions.
Unassisted Delivery*
Our 2-man delivery will not require any assistance from you (basic delivery is kerbside only). We understand parents lives are hectic so we offer a little extra help.
