What is included with your garden play sets?
We include everything needed in your product. Our all-in-one garden playsets get delivered boxed and include all wood, hardware and accessories you need to complete your set. We also include a detailed and illustrated manual to guide you through assembly step-by-step.
Why don't you use Pine?
When used outside untreated pine will likely rot within a few years. To make pine last longer it needs chemical pressure treatment. We think this is fine for decking or fencing, but we'd rather not use it on something our kids touch so frequently.

Do I need to setup an account?
No, you do not need to setup an account. You have to provide your name, address, phone number and email when you purchase so we can process your order, deliver to you and warranty your product. Do you advertise discounts and offers with coupon and voucher code websites?
We offer coupons, vouchers or discount codes for our customers who wish to buy for friends or relations. This enables grandparents, aunts or uncles etc to purchase a voucher for their relations to use against a full playset purchase. This works very well for families who wish to split a purchase.
We do not use any affiliate websites. We do not offer selwood coupon codes or selwood voucher codes through any 3rd party coupon or voucher code websites.
We do not participate in these schemes because most expect commission payment for bringing us customers. This means that it actually makes the cost of sale for us more expensive, thus pushing prices up for customers. We'd rather offer ALL our customers the best prices up-front.
Sadly we occasionally receive livechat messages or phone calls from customers who have been confused or misled due to seeing a code for our website on one of these coupon/voucher code platforms. We contact these businesses but unfortunately we are unable to stop all people false advertising.
Will I find your products cheaper elsewhere?
No, our products are unique to us. We work with the best manufacturers to develop unique and exclusive products, either in their brand name or ours.
This ensures you get the best value garden play equipment because it comes direct from the factory to our warehouse, ready for delivery to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
When you order online we accept all major credit/debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta or Maestro.
We also accept PayPal payments, google pay and apple pay.
How do I know the play equipment will fit in my garden?
This is an exceedingly important question. We publish to product dimensions on both our category pages and on specific product pages. We also include layout dimensions in the product manuals which are available on the products page.
We would also always advise to leave a safety area around your playset of approximately 1.8m (6ft) to allow for movement around the set and help minimise injuries should children fall from the set.
