Click & Collect
If you wish to collect your climbing frame then you can do so from our local pick-up depot. Please note that it may take a couple of days to process/pick your item. Our warehouse will inform you when your item is ready to be collected.
Can I Return?
Yes, of course. If you decide that the item you chose is no longer suitable then we are happy for you to return your item to us. We ask that you inform us before you return the item to us so we are aware to expect a return and how it will be from. We also suggest that you ensure that you return the item to us tracked and insured as we are unable to accept responsibility for courier damage if it comes back to us in poor condition.
