Next Generation climbing frame windows and door

Adding Window Mesh

Along each side measure 4-1/2” (114 mm) down from the top screws and the same dimension up from the bottom screws then attach 2 (S5) Pan Screws (with #8 flat washer) per side to (2757) LT Post Assembly and (2758) RT Post Assembly.

Along the top and bottom measure 6-3/8” (162 mm) in from the corner screws on one side then attach 5 (S5) Pan Screws (with #8 flat washer) to (2630) SW Top and (2756) Siding Assembly. Each screw to be the same dimension apart.

Assembling & Affixing a Door

In the opening for the door on the Front Wall as shown in the Glee Fort Guide, measure 5/8” (15.9 mm) up from (2769) Panel BT Frame and maximum 5/8” (15.9 mm) from (2601) Lower Jamb and attach the remaining side of the hinges to (2601) Lower Jamb using 3 (S13) Pan Screws per hinge. (fig. 26.1 and 26.2)

In the notched out opening of (2715) Door Stop attach the Magnetic Catch using 2 (S18) Wood Screws. (fig.27.1) Important: Use a hand held screw driver and DO NOT over tighten.

On the inside of the assembly, attach (2715) Door Stop to the panel with 3 (S11) Wood Screws, making sure (2715) Door Stop overhangs the panel by 1-1/4” (32 mm) and is in position to receive the Catch Plate. (fig. 27.2 and 27.3)

Assembling Kids Garden Bench

Insert t-nut into in each leg on the bench. Extend both sets of legs along with t-shape support for each side. Flip the bench over and adjust until level. Secure each leg with a hex bolt and hardware listed in your manual. Tighten the screw under each leg and your bench assembly is finished.

Installing Ground Anchors

Refer to your fort guide for the specific location of ground stakes for each product. Drive each stake 33cm (13 inches) into ground. Avoid striking the washer as it could cause it to break off. Attach each stake to the frame with one pan screw. Check for and smooth down any sharp edges.
